Established in 2012, Aprajita Welfare Foundation is a dedicated Indian development organization, positively impacting the lives of thousands of children and their families annually. With a strong network of over 40+ projects, we focus on child development through education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment in more than 100 remote villages and urban areas.

Aprajita Welfare Foundation acts as a catalyst in driving meaningful change, complementing government initiatives to support the Sustainable Development Goals. We partner with like-minded individuals and organizations to create and implement high-impact programs, providing access to quality resources and fostering long-term behavioral transformation at the grassroots level

How do you want to help children today?

Your smallest contribution makes a big difference to children’s lives. We count on the generosity of people like you to be able to create real change for India’s children!

Our approach is modeled around bringing change at all levels

At Aprajita Welfare Foundation, our approach is modeled around bringing change at all levels. With your support, we address children’s critical needs by working closely with parents, teachers, Anganwadi workers, communities, district and state governments, as well as the children themselves.

We focus on transforming behaviors and practices at the grassroots level while also influencing public policy at a systemic level—thereby creating an ecosystem where children are made the nation’s priority

Gau Seva

At Aprajita Welfare, we are dedicated to the noble cause of Gau Seva, a heartfelt commitment to serving and caring for our beloved Gaumatas. The term Gau Seva combines two powerful words – Gau, meaning cows, and Seva, meaning service. Together, it represents the compassionate act of caring for cows and supporting their well-being. In Hinduism, cows are regarded as sacred and are closely associated with deities, especially Kamdhenu, the divine cow believed to grant all wishes and bestow prosperity. The Vedas honor cows as symbols of purity, fertility, and prosperity.

At Aprajita Welfare, we embrace Gau Seva with love and dedication, providing the best nutritional support, safe shelters, and healthcare to ensure that our Gaumatas are nurtured in every way possible. Through our devoted efforts, we strive to protect and uplift these sacred beings, seeking the blessings of the divine for all.
